Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Korucuk Apps handles information in connection with Mirror Art. This policy applies only to Mirror Art and not to other apps, websites, or services.

Information We Collect

Account information, such as email address, display name, authentication provider data, user ID, and session identifiers
Profile and gameplay information, such as best score, total games, XP, streaks, score, grade, symmetry percentage, difficulty, elapsed time, and leaderboard entries
Daily challenge participation, including challenge ID, score, grade, and play history for leaderboard and streak features
Community challenge information you choose to submit, such as title, description, drawing stroke data, difficulty, complexity score, vote counts, play counts, and related scores
App preferences, such as layout mode, stroke color, haptic setting, sound and music settings, volume levels, notification setting, grid setting, and anti-cheat setting
Push notification information if you enable notifications, such as Expo push token, device platform, timezone, registration status, and notification delivery metadata
Local-only app state stored on your device, such as guest play counts, cached settings and authentication flow state. Your Coink balance, level progress and subscription status are stored on our servers with your account.
Purchase and subscription information, such as the products you buy (Coink packs, Mirror Art Plus), purchase dates, subscription status and period end, whether it renews, and your Coink balance and purchase history
Diagnostic information, such as crash reports and performance data (processed by Sentry), and product-usage events used to understand how the app is used
Limited technical data processed by Supabase, RevenueCat, Sentry, Expo, Apple, and Google platform services to operate authentication, database, purchases, diagnostics, push notification, security, and app distribution features

How We Use Information

To provide sign-up, sign-in, email verification, profile, and account features
To run free play, levels, daily challenges, leaderboards, streaks, and community challenges
To save and sync your app preferences and selected settings
To process scores, grades, symmetry results, XP, streaks, and leaderboard placement
To manage your Coink balance, level progress, and assist features such as extra strokes, streak shields, or Draw For Me
To show and moderate community challenge submissions, votes, and related gameplay activity
To send daily challenge notifications when you enable notifications
To process purchases, grant Coink and Mirror Art Plus, confirm subscription status, prevent duplicate or fraudulent credits and support you
To maintain app security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service issues, and respond to support or privacy requests

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for targeted advertising. We share or process information only with service providers needed to operate Mirror Art, when you ask us to, or when required by law.

Third-Party Services

Mirror Art relies on trusted third-party services to provide the app features listed below.

Supabase Authentication for email sign-up, email verification, sign-in, and session management
Supabase Database (hosted in Tokyo, Japan) for profiles, gameplay scores, Coink balance, purchase and subscription records, daily challenges, community challenges, votes, settings, and push notification records
Expo SecureStore for secure local storage of authentication tokens on your device
Expo Notifications for optional daily challenge push notifications
Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and related platform services for app distribution, payments and subscriptions, platform security, and app review
RevenueCat, Inc. to confirm store purchases and subscriptions and tell our servers what you are entitled to. RevenueCat receives your account identifier, the products you bought, purchase dates and the store receipt.
Sentry to receive error and performance diagnostics. Sentry receives only your Mirror Art user ID, not your email address or IP address.

App Permissions

Notifications permission, used only if you enable daily challenge notifications

Purchases, Subscriptions and the Plus Badge

Mirror Art sells Coink (an in-app currency) and Mirror Art Plus (an auto-renewing subscription) through the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can cancel or manage Plus at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Mirror Art account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store as well.

If you are a Plus member, other players see a “Plus” badge next to your display name on leaderboards. Nothing else about your subscription is shown to other players.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Mirror Art. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information protected through platform and provider security controls.

Data Retention

We keep account, profile, settings, scores, challenge, vote, and notification records while your account remains active or as needed to provide Mirror Art. Ordinary free-play drawing strokes are processed in the app for gameplay and are not described here as a permanent backup of every drawing. Community challenge drawings you submit may be stored because they become playable challenge content. If you delete your account in Settings, Mirror Art calls its account deletion service to delete your Supabase authentication account; app records tied to that account are deleted through database relationships where technically available. Some limited records may be retained if required by law or needed for legitimate security, integrity, dispute, or operational purposes. Purchase and subscription records may be kept for as long as needed for tax, fraud-prevention and refund-dispute purposes, even after you delete your account.

Your Choices

You can update your display name in the app where available, sign out, disable notifications in the app or system settings, delete your account from Settings when signed in, manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings, and restore purchases in Settings. If you cannot access the app, you can request account or data deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by email.

Children

Mirror Art is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
